I am writing to express my thanks for an excellent service you provided me whilst holidaying in France. My motorcycle broke down south of Reims, your team arranged recovery of my 'bike, a taxi from the recovery storage garage, a hotel for an overnight stop. Next day a taxi from the hotel to a car rental garage to collect a hire car was arranged. You also arranged for my bike to be transported from the recovery garage to the motorcycle dealership for repair. Your customer service team kept me well informed throughout the whole process and gave me confidence that everything would be OK.

There was no messing around; you arranged a flight and a hire car to get me home and also transportation of my motorcycle to my home address. I was so worried about the language barrier but with the help of the hotel staff and the organization skills of your operators it was not that much of a problem.
